Becoming a Government Compliant Training Provider to access Canada-Ontario Job Grant (COJG) Funding:

Becoming a Government Compliant Training Provider to access Canada-Ontario Job Grant (COJG) Funding: In Agent As a 33-year veteran real estate investor, Gord Lemon, a co-founder of InAgent, has owned residential and commercial investment properties in multiple provinces and states in Canada and the U.S. In each city Gord invested in, his experience with real estate agents was similar. After an encouraging initial conversation with a self-proclaimed investor agent, Gord conveyed simple criteria: investment property type, price point, and desired outcome i.e. profit. Investors in Canada and the U.S. will concur that there is a clear gap in investor knowledge shared by many agents. The agent training was created to fill this crucial gap; to raise the level of knowledge and service to the investor vertical and the industry in general. Arctech Accelerate was able to analyze Gord’s InAgent training and, through the assistance of our Proposal and Funding Specialist, was able to create a Canada Ontario Job Grant compliant training course and have the Canadian Government cover 83%-100% of the cost of his training to his clients.
